Facilities Maintenance/Parts Room Technician

We are looking for the we are looking for a Facilities Maintenance/Parts Room Technician to join our team! This position will pay $20/hr.

Facilities Maintenance Technician

• Perform routine maintenance around the facility including:
  • Minor repair to structural damage
  • Minor repair of broken or leaking plumbing
  • Minor repair to electrical wiring and/or fixtures
  • Paint areas as needed

• Complete special projects as assigned by Maintenance Management, and all other duties as assigned

Parts Room Technician

• Assist Parts Administrator as needed, including:
  • Cross-train and provide coverage for vacation and illness
  • Perform inventory cycle counts to assure inventory items are available to support Maintenance personnel to keep equipment running in a 24 / 7 operation
  • Kit parts as needed for planned maintenance repairs

• Complete inventory updates to Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
• BOM management
• Set up and maintain records as required
• 5s part storage areas
